- Account information: the email address you provide when signing in, and the name and avatar returned with your authorization when you sign in with Google.
- Usage data: the search keywords you enter, the keywords you actively track, and records of reports generated and viewed.
- Subscription information: subscription status, order numbers, and expiration dates. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record); we never access or store your payment credentials such as bank card numbers.
- Session cookies: used only to keep you signed in, never for advertising or tracking.
How We Use This Information
- To provide core features such as sign-in, search, report generation, and subscription management;
- To send you email notifications when reports update for the keywords you track;
- To enforce daily usage limits and prevent abuse;
- To troubleshoot issues and improve service quality.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary information with the following service providers, and only as required to provide the service:
- Waffo Pancake: to process payments and sync subscription status (email, order information);
- Resend: to send sign-in links and report update emails (email address);
- Google / X (Twitter): only when you choose to sign in with the corresponding third-party account.
About the Product Intelligence Data on the Platform
The product information displayed on the platform comes from public channels (RSS feeds, official open APIs, and structured data from public web pages) and consists of factual information such as product names, descriptions, and links, with sources attributed. We do not collect or sell any personal privacy data of individual users. If you are the rights holder of any listed content and would like it removed, please contact us.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in access-controlled databases, and transmission is encrypted over HTTPS. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the service. After you delete your account, data associated with it — such as your tracked keywords — will be deleted.
Your Rights
You can manage your tracked keywords and cancel your subscription at any time on the “Account” page. Every report update email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — clicking it immediately stops all email notifications, with no sign-in required.
