SoloAnaly is a competitive intelligence platform offering product information search, competitive analysis report generation, keyword tracking, and email updates. Reports are generated by AI from data collected from public channels, and the content is for reference only and does not constitute investment, legal, or business decision advice.

2. Accounts

• Searching and browsing basic content does not require registration; full features such as generating reports and tracking keywords require an account;
• You must ensure that your registration email is genuine and valid, and you are responsible for all activity under your account;
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed through the Waffo Pancake checkout, and the prices shown on the checkout page prevail;
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time on the “Account” page; after cancellation, you retain access for the remainder of the current cycle and will not be charged again;
• Except as required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 7 days of the charge;
• Subscription benefits are for your personal account only and may not be resold, shared, or used to bulk-scrape content from this site.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Reverse-engineering the service, bulk scraping, or otherwise consuming service resources excessively;
• Using the service for unlawful, infringing, or third-party-harming activities;
• Passing off AI-generated reports as original human analysis for sale, or publishing misleading content.

5. Intellectual Property

The product information listed on the platform is sourced from public channels; the related trademarks and content remain the property of their respective rights holders, and the platform cites them only as factual references with attribution. The intellectual property of the platform's interface design, report structure, and organizational system belongs to SoloAnaly.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Data from public channels may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous, and AI-generated content may be inaccurate; we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.
